Growing Hope is dedicated to helping people improve their lives and communities through gardening and healthy food access. Based in Washtenaw County, Michigan, we work with neighborhoods, schools, community groups, and families to develop and sustain gardens. 
We also work to increase local food security through our Downtown Ypsilanti Farmers' Market and other efforts that improve access to healthy, affordable food. In this season of thanks, we thank all of you who have helped us grow as volunteers, shoppers, partners, enthusiasts, sponsors, donors, and friends.
We hope you'll read our end of year request for support from the Growing Hope Board of Directors, and consider making a one-time or ongoing financial contribution.
We build on the strengths of individuals and the community to bring the benefits of gardens, healthy food, and sustainable communities to all. School and community gardens are ideal ways to improve nutrition, enhance neighborhoods, foster education, and bring people back to the "roots" of how to till the soil and make something grow.
