What can I expect from Growing Hope as a participant in the Raised Bed Vegetable Garden Program?

"What can I expect from Growing Hope from this program?"

 Growing Hope will provide each participating household with:

  • 3 wooden garden beds, each measuring 8" tall and 4 feet by 4 feet
  • Compost to fill all of the beds
  • One year membership in Growing Gardens, Growing Hope's garden resource program
  • 12 vegetable and herb seedlings and 8 seed packets (you may pick them up at our plant sale or market booth or we'll bring them at the time of the installation)
  • 2 coupons to attend Growing Hope gardening and nutrition workshops for FREE
  • Monthly newsletter with gardening tips and garden-fresh seasonal recipes (May-Oct)
  • Loan of a small scale and supplies to weigh and keep track of your garden harvest
