Pumpkin patch: Corn, beans, and squash (including acorn squash, gourds, pumpkins, watermelon, and cantaloupe) are a few of the plants we¹ve grown in this corner patch. Corn, beans, and squash grow well together, as the corn stalk allows a place for the beans to climb, and the squash vine shades the ground.
